Creator Harbor

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Who we are

Creator Harbor (creatorharbor.app) is run by Currentbits, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at hello@creatorharbor.app. By creating an account or using the service, the website, the API or the MCP server, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

You give us a link to a product page. We fetch that page and send its text and images to AI models, which write a short script, make a still of an AI-generated actor, turn it into a vertical video with speech and add captions. The actors are generated people. They are not recordings or likenesses of real people.

AI output can be wrong, odd or unlike what you expected. Check every ad before you publish it, including what it says about your product.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password, API keys and connected apps secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through your API keys and the AI apps you connect.
  • One free ad per person. Don’t create extra accounts to get more.

Acceptable use

You may not use Creator Harbor to:

  • Impersonate a real person, or make an ad that suggests a real person (a celebrity, creator, customer or anyone else) appears in it, uses or endorses your product.
  • Make misleading ads: false or unsupported claims about what a product does, fake reviews or testimonials presented as from real customers, or health, financial or other claims you can’t back up.
  • Publish ads without following the AI-content rules of the platform you post on (for example its labels for AI-generated or synthetic media), or remove or hide the AI-generated tag we put in each file to get around those rules.
  • Advertise products or services that are illegal where the ad is shown, or that break the advertising rules of the platform you post on.
  • Submit product pages or material you don’t have the right to use, or that infringe someone else’s intellectual property.
  • Make content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent or aimed at children, or that breaks the law.
  • Remove or cover the watermark on free ads.
  • Probe, overload or get around the limits and security of the service, or use it to reach systems you aren’t allowed to reach.

We may refuse a request, remove output or suspend an account that breaks these rules. When we do, we tell you why by email, unless the law or someone’s safety stops us. If you think we got it wrong, reply within 30 days and a person will look at it again.

AI labelling

Every video we make is tagged as AI-generated in its file metadata (IPTC DigitalSourceType “trained algorithmic media”). Free ads also carry a visible watermark. Some platforms read this tag, others don’t. It is your job to label the ad wherever the platform, or the law where it is shown, requires.

Credits and refunds

  • The service runs on credits. One credit is worth $0.01. An ad costs a set number of credits a second of video, by the engine that makes it (Natural 45, Precise 15, Seedance 40); every price is on the Pricing page.
  • We show the price before every render. Credits are taken when rendering starts.
  • If a render fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You don’t need to ask.
  • A render that finishes is charged even if you don’t like the result. Credits only come back for failures: in full when a render fails, or for the part that failed (for example a moving scene that came out as a still picture).
  • Discarding a Short at its picture review doesn’t refund its credits. A review left for a week is rendered as it is.
  • Confirming your email gives you enough free credits for one 10-second, watermarked ad. It’s a preview made on our lighter engine and doesn’t represent the quality of paid ads. Free credits have no cash value.
  • Credits are sold in packs, paid once: $10 for 1,000, $29 for 3,000, $79 for 8,500 and $199 for 22,000. Bought credits never expire.
  • Invites: when someone signs up within 30 days of opening your invite link and buys a pack of $29 or more, you each get 500 credits, once per person invited. Invite bonuses are free credits with no cash value. Inviting yourself, or accounts made to collect bonuses, doesn’t count, and we may take back bonuses gained that way.
  • Credit packs are sold by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, so Polar’s terms also apply to the payment. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for a full refund as long as you haven’t used any of its credits: write to us at hello@creatorharbor.app. Once you start using a pack’s credits you agree that we have started supplying it, and the right to withdraw ends for that pack. Apart from this and failed renders, we don’t refund money for credits, except where the law requires it.

Who owns the output

As between you and us, the scripts and videos made for you are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and to the rights of others in material you gave us (such as your product photos and page). We claim no ownership of it and don’t use it in our own marketing without asking you. AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar output can be generated for other users.

You keep any rights you have in what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you, which includes sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

API and MCP use

  • You can use Creator Harbor through its REST API with an API key, or connect an AI app (such as Claude) to its MCP server with OAuth.
  • Requests made with your keys or by your connected apps count as yours: they spend your credits and are covered by these terms, including acceptable use.
  • Keep keys secret. Revoke a key or disconnect an app from the Keys page if you think it has leaked.
  • Webhooks send render results to the URL you give us, signed with your webhook secret. Check the signature before trusting them.
  • We rate-limit requests and may change or retire API endpoints. Before we remove an endpoint or change it in a way that breaks existing use, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email, unless security or a provider forces a faster change.
  • Don’t resell or give others access to the service through your account without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and AI providers we depend on may change or stop their models. We may change these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from Account in the app (or ask us at hello@creatorharbor.app). Deleting it removes your ads, uploads and any credits left, including bought ones, so use them first or withdraw from a recent purchase as described under Credits and refunds. If we close your account and you didn’t break these terms, we refund the bought credits you hadn’t used.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but AI output and the providers behind it are outside our full control. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, or for what happens to ads after you publish them (such as a platform removing them or restricting your account). Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and €100.

If you use the service for a business and someone makes a claim against us because of an ad you published, material you gave us or your breach of these terms, you cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, except as far as we caused it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and can bring a claim in its courts.
